Shipping policy

Items ship from our location in South Carolina, USA in 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process window will go into effect. During high sale times and holidays it may take up to 7-9 business days for standard processing.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery. Optional coverage is available through Route+ at the time of purchase. 

International Ordering

UPS generally always adds importing fees to goods when they cross boarders. These fees are to be paid by buyers before delivery and are not a responsibility of The Paper Doll Clothing. If you prefer to avoid fees we suggest purchasing USPS priority or first class international.

Turn Around Time on Products

Products are Ready to Ship within 2-5 business days. Collections marked as a Pre-Order will generally have a turn around time of 12 weeks for production.
