{Not So Spooky} Elphaba Pettiskirt Wrap Set

So let us explain how this magical set works….

Sets 12/18 months through 5 year come with a bubble romper and sizing 6 year through 9/10 come with a simple dress design with bloomers (not shown, but the design is exactly the same as the bubble romper just with a black lace skirt vs romper for the bottom portion) but BOTH sets come with the removable wrap skirt with the full built in pettiskirt… this helps girls have simple looks or the super over the top look with the bow and all the fluff!

To use the wrap you simply button it into the buttons around the waistline of the set and tie the side bow and as simple as that you can have either a fun basic set or something more over the top.
