Items ship from our location in South Carolina, USA in 1-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for standard processing after your order has been placed. After this period, the shipping process window will go into effect. During high sale times and holidays it may take up to 7-9 business days for standard processing.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier when there is a notice of delivery. Optional coverage is available through Route+ at the time of purchase. 

International Ordering

UPS generally always adds importing fees to goods when they cross boarders. These fees are to be paid by buyers before delivery and are not a responsibility of The Paper Doll Clothing. If you prefer to avoid fees we suggest purchasing USPS priority or first class international.

Turn Around Time on Products

Most products are Ready to Ship within 2-5 business days. Collections marked as a Pre-Order will generally have a turn around time of 12 weeks for production. At this time, we are not accepting rush orders.

Returns and Refunds

At this time, we do not accept refunds once orders have been placed. If you choose to purchase using a payment plan (ex Sezzle), payments will not be refunded if you decide to cancel at anytime.

We offer a 2 day window within your delivery date for try on's in case size exchanges may be needed. After this time, we will no longer be able to accommodate size exchanges.

By purchasing from us you are agreeing with the following terms:

-Damages and missing items should be reported within 72 hours from date of delivery. 

-The customer is responsible for the shipping of size exchange items unless otherwise stated. 

-FINAL SALE items (such as clearance, imperfect, or sale price) are not eligible for refund or store credit. Please contact us if a size exchange is needed, but we cannot guarantee availability due to very limited quantities.
